Amidst The Loss Of Social Interaction, Loss Of Employment And, Yes Sadly, The Loss Of Loved Ones To The Covid19 Coronavirus, We Truly Hope That This Finds You And Your Family Well. Although We Have No Real Idea As To When Things Will Return To Normal, As The COVID Curve Starts To Level Out, And In Attempt To Move Towards Some Type Of Normalcy, We Will Serve Our Community Again And Offer Limited Take-Out Service.
We Will Begin Take-Out Service On Sunday, May 17th.

For A Limited Time, We Will Offer Free Delivery Sundays And Fridays Within Hercules.
In Preparation For Our Semi-Reopening And Keeping The Safety Of Our Staff And Customers As Our Main Objective, We Have Taken This Opportunity While Being Closed To Do A Floor To Ceiling Deep Cleaning.
We Have Consulted With The Local Health Department, CDC And National Restaurant Association To Insure We Adopt Into Existing Protocols, Certain Updated Guidelines That Address Health And Safety Concerns To Prevent The Further Spread Of COVID-19, And To Put Those Protocols And Guidelines Into Practice For The Safety Of Our Staff And Our Customers, Including But Not Limited To, Taking The Temperatures Of Staff Before Each Work Shift, Regular Handwashing And Sanitizing Protocols, And Staff’s Use Of Protective Masks And Food Safety Gloves.

We’re excited to be supporting and using more and more organically grown herbs and vegetables from the PK plot at the Hercules Community Garden. We’ve come up with some fabulous dishes from the seasonal pickings of the garden, and we’d like to share them with you!
